If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video. We will send a free replacement, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method; COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Applied strips cannot be returned for change of mind, as the adhesive cannot be reused.
Cancellations: free before dispatch.
